It's begun...The method training plan has arrived and I'm re-launching my 2008 training campaign.
What's it mean? I'm not sure. I do know that I've committed to doing what it takes to improve my weaknesses so I'll be swimming a lot more frequently (5 days per week).
I've knocked out 9,000 yards in the last 3 days and there's more to come.
Now, it's time to go ride so my strengths don't become weaknesses.
